It's from picking. If they get an tiny itch they will scrath at it until that happens. Or when they are high they will think bugs are crawling on them, or something like a piece of fuzz is digging into them. It's horrible and sad and I can tell you all about how it ruined the parents of my Godkids. I have way more experience with this than I ever care too. And she was a nurse before she ruined her life, someone who KNEW BETTER.

My sister was on Meth for at least a year and a half (that I know of, could have been much longer or could even be now
) I wish I had the sad feeling that most of you have, but because of my sister and her stupid choices, I really don't have that feeling as my immediate reaction. It makes me really, really angry. I'm off to post on something that doesn't provoke these awful feelings.... |

I see parents that I wonder about all the time in some of my schools.
I was talking to a mom a few weeks ago who was enrolling her son in one of my schools. I was looking through his paperwork and saw that she was the same age as me! There is no way you would have thought that by looking at her. I would have easily guessed 10 years older than me.

When I worked at my Mom's cafe there used to be this really sweet nurse that would come in and get the same latte every day. Her kids went to daycare with Cameran when she was at the Methodist Church daycare.
I quit working there about a year before I went off to school, went to school, came back home and I was in court about 6 months ago and low-and-behold - this same woman, who was beautiful, sweet, with a good looking husband and two beautiful girls walks into the court room in an orange and white jumpsuit. Her hair went from being the brown color she used to have to pitch black. She was really skinny and her face just looked haggard. She had fallen into meth/heroin and had gotten so bad she was breaking and entering. I see her around town now - she went from driving a brand new SUV to this old, ratty car with a cracked windshield. I see her in Wal Mart wearing mini skirts and flirting with the guys that work there. It's sooooo sad what it does, and like Ashley said - it makes me angry. |
